Culture change in an organisation is often desired however is seldom successful therefore the logical question would be why? Of course there are a number of reasons for this however there are some basic rules that must be followed. Providing information and training is a good start but where do we go from there? To help with this I have designed a presentation that explains the basics of Influencing Culture Change.
Change management is a big and very important subject where training is often over looked
by those that are asking for the change – I know I've been there!
The course can be designed to be as long or as short as you want depending on the audience. At its most basic it can be just an hour perhaps something you would like to tag on to another course.
Whatever you decide the session will be delivered using PowerPoint slides with discussion points. There will also be an opportunity for delegates to participate by taking part in written suggestions and ideas supported by question and answer sessions.
